Terms and Conditions for the The Lorrens Ladies Health Hydro
Reservations
Please telephone our Reservations Desk on 01803 329994 to check availability of the package and dates you require.
Once the Booking form and deposit are received, confirmation of your booking will be forwarded to you together with pre-arrival information.
Deposit
A deposit of £100.00 per person must be made within 7 days of the booking date. Stays of 10 days or more and all overseas reservations require a deposit of 50% of the total inclusive cost of the stay. Day Guest bookings require full pre-payment as deposit. Deposits can be made by cheque or credit/debit card.
All cancellations must be made in writing by post/fax/e-mail. Date of arrival of this notification at The Lorrens will be the accepted date of cancellation
Residential Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable. We Strongly recommend you to consider purchasing Holiday Insurance to safeguard yourself against cancellation charges in case of illness and other unforeseen eventualities. We reserve the right to make the following charges in the case of cancellation by Residential Guests:

| Cancellation 8 to 14 days prior to arrival | 50% of due account |
| Cancellation 15 or more days prior to arrival | loss of deposit (£100) |
| Significant alterations to bookings | £10.00 |
Day Guest Payment/Cancellations
Full pre-payment is required at time of booking. We reserve the right to make the following charges in the case of cancellation by Day Guest:

Vouchers
Gift Vouchers for specific treatments, Daytime Specials and Residential Stays are valid for one year. All Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.
If full or part-payment of your visit is by Gift Voucher, this will become void if you fail to arrive. Should there be any balance on the value of the Voucher we will be pleased to hold this for future use.
Extra Treatments
Additional treatments can be booked before your arrival by contacting our reservation line or alternatively discussed at your personal consultation on your first morning.
Optional treatments prices are subject to revision without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, extra treatments are fully chargeable unless 12 hours notice is given.
